⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : YNU Information Infrastructure Systems 1 Set

⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : The system to be rent is a computer system to support research and educational activities in Yokohama National University (YNU). The system consists of the following three subsystems :
① Cloud servers provided by IaaS
② Servers and devices used for connecting YNU Campus network with Science Information Network (SINET).
③ On-premise servers for network services
[Main devices to be rent] Firewalls, Web-hosting service servers, Network service Servers, Authentication Infrastructure and VPN Servers
The following aspects must be fully taken into account about the system to be rent :
① The system must have enough capability and capacity to serve environment for common use by staff and students of YNU (15,000 people).
② All devices and software required to operate the system must be included.
③ The system must operate continuously all the year around.
④ Any trouble of the system must be recovered immediately and stable operation of the system should be guaranteed.
