⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :①It should be able to measure tumor marker items and endocrine items. ②It should be able to measure infectious disease test items, tumor marker items and endocrine items. ③It should be able to carry out cytokeratin 19 mRNA (OSNA method). ④It should be able to do blood coagulation test and immunological test. ⑤It should be able to do FISH inspection. ⑥It should be able to capture FISH images. ⑦It should be able to measure platelet aggregation ability. ⑧It should be able to separate serum and plasma in blood. ⑨It should be able to measure the erythrocyte sedimentation rate. ⑩It should be able to store blood products (platelet products) for blood transfusion. ⑪It should be able to immunostain. ⑫It should be able to freeze the tissue and prepare specimens for pathological diagnosis during surgery.
