⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The structure of High-pressure Steam Sterilizer shall meet "the 1st Class Pressure Vessel Structural Standards" and "the Small Size Pressure Vessel Structural Standards" of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Rules, regulated by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Also, the sterilizer shall be suitable for sterilization process with the clean steam generated from RO (Reverse Osmosis) water.
B The structure of Ethylene Oxide Gas Sterilizer shall meet "the 2nd Class Pressure Vessel Structural Standards" of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Rules, regulated by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
C The Steam and the Ethylene Oxide Gas Sterilizers shall accommodate one whole loading cart filled with the medical devices to be sterilized, for one sterilization process. Also, the sterilizers shall be a path-through type, which the loading cart is charged from the operation side and discharged to the clean side after one process is finished.
