③ Have Grade "B, C or D" in Selling in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto-Koshin'etsu area related to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
