③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of the qualification "Sale of product" at Tokai-Hokuriku area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
