- The Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) anticipates issuing a solicitation for the provision of thirty-one (31) single standard hotel rooms for four (4) nights and five (5) days, with check-in on 1 December 2025 and check-out on 5 December 2025, inclusive of breakfast, in Tokyo, Japan. Hotels must be located within a maximum of 30 minutes' driving distance from the event venue at 2 Chome-1-8 Mita, Minato City, Tokyo 108-0073, Japan. For reference, this area generally includes hotels situated in the Minato, Chiyoda, ChΕ«Ε, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Meguro, KΕtΕ, and BunkyΕ wards.UNOV hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for above required equipments. Detailed information will be communicated to interested vendors along with the tendering documents.Please note this is not an Invitation for submission of bid and/or proposal.This is a Request for Expression of Interest in order to identify qualified vendors in participating in the soliciation. Interested vendors are encouraged to register at www.ungm.org and provide their UNGM ID number in the response form.UNOV Procurement Unit reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or soliciation process.
