Summay of Notice :
⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hidekazu Takakura Director of the Policy Planning and Coordination Division, Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Printing and mailing the survey regarding actions of refusing to pay transferred consumption tax to contracting companies 1 set

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C in offer of service in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by METI (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Are not the subject of ⒜an order prohibiting them from receiving subsidies from METI ; ⒝an order prohibiting them from concluding contracts with METI ; ⒞an order disqualifying them from bidding for METI projects conducted under the "designated bidder" system ; or ⒟an order disqualifying them from bidding for any other ministry or agency projects conducted under the "designated bidder" system
⑤ The contractor must have the Privacy Mark license (JIS Q 15001) certification from the protection of personal information.
⑺ Time-limit for Proposal documents and tenders : 11 : 00 A.M. 24 August 2020
