⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A It must be a picture archiving and communication system (PACS) that allows integrated management of medical image storing, viewing and diagnosing in medical and dental departments.
B It must have a radiology reporting system equipped with artificial intelligence technology, and meets the requirements of additional charge category 3 on image diagnosis management.
C It must have connectivity with hospital information system, radiology information system and the other systems.
D Its architecture must be adaptable to the operation of the function-enhancing building (building C) and the next update of hospital information system.
E Its hardware and software must be used for up to 7 years, and maintenance support services can be provided for all systems.
