① High-speed links should be provided connecting SINET6 and mobile network in which 5G/4G/3G services are available.
② Capability for constructing closed network from mobile terminals to universities connected to SINET6 using L2VPN (or other methods) should be provided.
③ Data analysis platforms in universities connected to SINET6 and cloud resources accessible from SINET6 should be made accessible from mobile network for data collection and analysis.
