C In the GHz band, antenna characteristics and electromagnetic noise generated from electronic devices can be evaluated by a standard-compliant method.
D The internal structures of electronic devices, and printed circuit boards on which LSI and USB/HDMI connectors are mounted, electromagnetic materials in three dimensions can be measured.
E The slight unevenness of the contact surface of the connector electrode and the surface of the thin film can be measured three-dimensionally with high resolution.
