⑹ Qualification for participating in the tender procedures :
① Not come under Article 5 of Practice Rules of Contract. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Have Grade A or B both in "Selling" and "Service", in terms of the qualification for participating in the fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
③ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency.
④ Department in charge of this contract has certification of "ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001 : 2013 or JISQ27001 : 2014)".
⑤ Have certification of "Privacy Mark".
