    a The superconducting magnet of the NMR system shall have a magnetic field strength of 800 MHz (18.8 Tesla), and shall be an energy-saving type that requires less evaporation of liquid helium and liquid nitrogen.
    b The superconducting magnet must be able to hold liquid helium for at least 200 days, and the liquid nitrogen must be equipped with an evaporation control system.
    c This NMR system should be able to generate the observed frequencies of 1H, 19F nuclei and 103Rh nuclei from 31P nuclei.
    d The detector for observation should be able to handle both liquid and solid samples.
    e The detector for liquid samples has a diameter of 5 mm and can be used for a wide range of users from organic to inorganic samples.
