c Sample loading and unloading can be performed while maintaining the vacuum state of the sample transfer chamber by equipping the sample transfer mechanism with an airlock valve.
d Must have an in-column energy filter.
e The amount of electron beam dose can be continuously modulated by a high-speed electrostatic shutter.
f Equipped with an direct electron detection type camera, the number of effective pixels of the detector is 4,000×4,000 pixels or more, and the frame rate is 1500 images/second or more in full frame.
