⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting. ②Have the Grade A or B in Sale of product in Kinki Region in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2019 2020 2021. ③Have the qualification if the qualification is determined based on the Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget.
