⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TADENUMA Yoshimasa, Superintendent, Tokyo Regional Bureau of Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency. (hereinafter called JRTT)

⑸ Qualification for participation in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article4 and Article5 of the regulation concerning the contract for JRTT,
② have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "provision of services" by single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023 and 2024 (The Grade and Area does not matter).
③ not have been suspended from designation by JRTT or country
