③ Have Grade A, B or C "Sales of goods" in the Tokai Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ not be suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
