A The system connects the hospital information management system and retrieves and stores patient history and temporal information, such as time of issuance of the numbered waiting ticket, reservation time, time of visiting laboratory examinations, time of visiting outpatient clinic, and time of medical payment as an independent database system. B The system is able to estimate waiting time for inspection of the doctor and waiting for medical payment by using the above database. C The system provides a smart cashless payment service by using the payment information of the patient. D The system outputs the information about reservation of the next visit and results of laboratory examinations to the patients' smartphones by retrieving these data from the hospital information management system. E The system connects the patients' smartphones and records the location of the patient inside the Outpatient building of the University Hospital into the patient flow line database.
