A The new system is a computer-aided language-learning laboratory that uses multi-media and network-based materials and that can record each student's progress.
B The system should be bases on the client-server model.
C The system should be specialized in language learning/teaching so that non-computer-specialists can easily operate it.
D The system should provide software facilities for the activities usually carried out in traditional language laboratories with CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs.
E The information security in network environment should be ensured and the system should be guaranteed for safe and stable system service.
