① The computer and communication system provides advanced information services within the campus. It should consist of the followings :
A High-performance computer systems in cloud or on-premises environments for research, education, academic information services for students, faculty members and staffs and for public information services.
B High-speed network to efficiently connect all the computers of the system and the existing campus LAN.
C Library information system to treat ordinary library tasks and digital information such as e-journal and e-book.
D Office information system to conduct ordinary office works such as document and PC management.
② It should be based on up-to-date and open architectures, and state-of-the-art information technologies.
③ It should be reliable and conscious of space and power saving.
④ The sufficient maintenance and monitoring should be provided for the system not to stop and to be protected from attacks.
